PAUL Steel the 20-year old psychedelic pop expert is like no other. After making it his mission to reclaim the true meaning of the words ‘multi-instrumentalist’ the Brighton boy has cranked things up a notch this summer with the release of his first single YOUR LOSS . Rather ironically Steel seems to be stealing the headlines, and was recently named ‘Breaking New Act’ in The Sunday Times.
