Firstly, let me congratulate the team on what seems a beautifully streamlined approach to learning pop and rock songs.
Just a few questions about the install:
I dragged the Multiplayer icon to applications and created a folder under users/music for the trial Nirvana smhtp. file. If I double-click either the app. icon or the smhtp. file, the application attempts to open then quits.
I'm on OSX 10.3.9, using Firefox with Quicktime 7.5 installed
and have the required hard disk space and RAM.
Any idea?
Regards,
Paul |

Hi Paul,
I am very sorry to hear about the difficulties you are experiencing installing the Multiplayer. I have now consulted with the tech team and they have confirmed the problem. Apparently it is to do with the version of OSX. They will very shortly have one that will be compatible with 10.3.9 so if don't mind waiting a little time then we will inform you of the update. However I am told that 10.4 will work.
Thank you for bearing with us,
Kind regards,
Mark |
